The 2003 and 2012 blocks were based on Service New Brunswick Softcopy Orthophoto Database. There is also a portion of about 1/11 of the province that is excluded from the DNR orthophoto coverage. These "industrial freehold" are not part of the update 10 year update cycle and used older feature.
