Description: Conservation Forest layer dated May 1, 2013 representing 28% of Crown Timber License Forest in CF (CF28=1) for non-spatial and spatial aspects of 2012 Forest Management Plans.(Previous CF28 layer version was dated June 29, 2012.)Accounts for new inventory, harvest updates and updated value assignments. New buffers for Photoblock 2010 area.Includes additional fields: OFC, OFWH, noHarvest, noRoad, as well as ER, ED, ER_ED.1. OFC (Text, 4) provides the Old Forest Community (OFC) value, if applicable; examples:  “RS”; “THSW”; “BSM”.   A stand can only count as one OFC.  2. OFWH (Text, 6) summarizes the applicable Old Forest Wildlife Habitats using a single letter for each OFWH, in the following order: S=OSFH; T=OTHH; H=OHWH; P=OPIH; M=OMWH; F=OFH.   Dashes are used for non-applicable habitats.  Ex. “S---MF” = stand is selected as OSFH, OMWH, OFH3. noHarvest (integer field value 0 or 1) : noHarvest=1 means stand is not a candidate for harvest.4. noRoad (integer field value 0 or 1) : noRoad=1 means stand is not available for road placement.5-7. ER, ED, ER_ED is EcoRegion, EcoDistrict and their concatenation, based on polygon overlay.Topology is corrected. Sliver threshold is 100 m2. Basis is CF_april8_2013 (see Fish & WIldlife Br Habitat Program).
